We have prepared a selection of furniture packages to help you to furnish one, two and three bed properties.

To place an order please browse our website to create your bespoke quote then send it to us and one of our Customer Service representatives will be in touch to arrange payment and delivery.

All products that are out of stock have a 'Back In Stock Notification' tool on their product information page.

Yes, all furniture items have a 12 month warranty with LOFT.

At LOFT, we believe in all inclusive delivery* so our delivery charges are also fully inclusive of assembly and installation. 

Delivery charges are calculated on a combination of the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and the delivery postcode.

Many of our products are available for speedy delivery from our London and Manchester warehouses.

We aim to deliver orders for addresses within a 30mile radius of our London and Manchester warehouses within 3 working days of the order having been placed. 

We will endeavour to deliver orders that fall outside of this radius within 1-2 weeks.

Once an order is placed a member of our Logistics Team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered.

Delivery is based on a combination of the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and the delivery postcode.

At LOFT we can arrange to collect keys from you letting agent or concierge to gain access on request.

We will deliver, assemble, position and stage goods, and then we can send pictures to show your furniture once it's in place as required.

Our operations team always call a day or two before to book the delivery in and offer time slots.

We try to be as flexible as it is possible to accommodate the best delivery time to the needs of our customer.

We also offer key collection from agencies to ease the process of delivery and access.

If we are not able to complete a scheduled delivery, our Operations Team will get back in touch the next day to schedule another date.

Yes, you are able to collect from either of our warehouse locations.

Please let us know when you place your order that you would like to collect it.

Our logistics team will be in touch to arrange a collection date. You will need to provide proof of purchase and ID on collection.

If an item is delivered damaged please email our Customer Services Team at orders@loft.co.uk or call us on 0161 820 2684 and we will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered.

Please keep your invoice or receipt for anything you buy from us. It will ensure we can help you if you need to send something back.

Where you are a consumer based in the UK or EU and you have bought goods via our website, over the telephone or via email, you have the right to cancel your contract for any reason, until 14 days after you (or a person nominated by you to accept delivery on your behalf) receives the goods, or where the goods are delivered in instalments, until 14 days after you (or a person nominated by you to accept delivery on your behalf) receives the last instalment of the goods.
